It was a garbage dump which Bill Graham turned into a very nice Amphitheatre. Good sound, good food.

This place sounds very much like he PNC ARTS Center in Homdel N.J.At first it had all the summer tours every other pavillion and outside venue had . It had ampitheater type seating w/ the better seats covered, and the sound was great, I personally saw Santanna, SRV,Crosby, stils and Nash, Steve miller and many others. Some years back they enlarged the place where the feel was not the same and lawn seats were alot of cash so I haven't been back in a long time. I'm old and crusty now and like nice up front reserved seats. No dudes in cowboy hats and that one guy who whistles at frquencys that drives dogs and me nuts. GO whistle out in the parking lot.....LW
